Chris Pearse
I began my career as a digital systems engineer, before building companies in the UK and abroad. Today I coach and mentor senior leaders across many sectors including technology, government, academia, non-profit and start-ups.
Clients include Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, The Wellcome Trust, Pernod Ricard, NHS, Mars, HM Treasury, RELX, BT, Royal Academy of Dance, Pearson, Middle Temple, LAMDA, London Boroughs and many more.

Our Mission

Jed and I met in 2015 when I ran a workshop for his company's global conference. It went so well that Jed went on to complete the 24 week LEAD program, before asking me to design a version for his team. The impact on the team's culture and wellbeing was notable. The rest is history...
