Julie-Anne Taylor has
many years experience coaching senior managers and
directors from the public and private sectors.
She has studied and practiced a number of approaches to coaching and has lectured on self-hypnosis, peak performance and stress management throughout the UK and USA.
Having held a number of senior management and board level posts herself, she is highly successful at identifying the psychological skills and competencies that enable her clients to increase performance and motivation whilst developing their abilities and overcoming their challenges.

Pearse has coached at board
level across all sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer
and has setup and run enterprises in the UK and
abroad.
He has spent the last decade developing an integrated approach to coaching individuals and teams that reflects, stretches, challenges and stimulates his clients. His objective is to build confidence in his clients' ability to create their own strategies for success.
This encourages his clients to become less dependant on coaching as time passes. It also has the added benefit of training clients to use a coaching approach with their colleagues.
